Meet the Management Team
PAUL ROACH
As the founder of Service Station Compliance Testing & Builders Paul Roach is bringing with him 36 years of experience on all aspect of the fuel industries, starting at 1984 working as a supervisor for Petroleum Systems and Maintenance Incorporated, in 1990 Paul went on to running work with his brother in Southern California, Coordinating field crews on Installation of Fuel systems. Paul went back to Southern Nevada when an opportunity came up to do testing for Arco Petroleum, who had over 30 stations in the Las Vegas area. Paul moved back to Las Vegas in 2000 and started Service Station Compliance Testing & Builders. Paul is a proud winner of the 2003 Crystal Air Award from Clark County Air quality. Paul is licensed and credited with all major petroleum agencies such as: NDEP, UST Tank Handler, Tank Tester, OSHA, BRAVO, Modern Welding, Xerxes, Containment Solutions. Ameron Pipe. To name a few of the certifications he holds Including an Osha 1910-49 hour Haz-Whopper Certificate.
ALLEN ROACH
Allen Roach left California and joined SSCT as an estimator and project manager with over 38 years in the fuel Retail Building business managing Operations and Fuel Construction. Allen oversees the day-to-day operations of Construction side of the business. Working with Paul to assist with his extensive Install experience. Mostly new ground ups or major renovations. Service Station manages four Full time crews with additional testing and service crews. We manage our crews with the best training and weekly meetings to discuss our timely schedules and on time performance. SSCT prides itself on getting the out most quality from our crews.
Lead Tester
Sergio has tested and maintained fuel systems for over 500 Gas Stations. Sergio is licensed and credited will all major petroleum agencies such as: NDEP, UST Tank Handler, Tank Tester, OSHA, BRA VO, Modern Welding, Xerxes, Containment Solutions.
Office Staff
We pride ourselves on the employees that handle the Management of the Accounts receivable and Accounts payables. We manage all the funding of our projects professionally and in a timely manner. Providing all the necessary paperwork to close out our projects on time.
